Any forms or mechanisms included in website UI that collect a user's Personally Identifiable Information (PII) must force explicit user consent (ie: checkbox) to McCain Global Privacy Policy. Users must not be able to submit data without consent checkbox checked. See example below of "contact us" form functionality:
